Your satisfaction is our number one priority, all items are returnable or exchangeable within 14 days as long as they are in their original condition. We do our best to keep our inventory up to date, but due to the fast pace of our shop's sales and our small staff there are occasionally items that are out of stock. You will be alerted by the following business day if this is the case. Beautiful shirt, holds up well to wash/dry and wear often.
I've been an International Club Shirt member for 8 months and honestly I only liked (1) shirt received. I contacted customer service and asked why were most shirts were black; not the nicer designs and asked if they were ever sending patches and stickers as mentioned when you subscribed once in a while. Customer service responded that most fans prefer black shirts, but did not respond to my bonus items question. Today, I received the latest club shirt which is black and plainly says Waylon Jennings Since 1937 in white on it. Non-subscription shirts are better designs and usually sold out. Unfortunately, I am cancelling my International subscription, because I don't think Waylon would approve. Sincerely, fan for life in Japan
Each shirt has been a surprise and the envy of our my friends that are Waylon fans. Excellent material and perfect sizing make the shirts extremely comfortable and favourites to wear.
Well I signed up for the monthly t-shirt box subscription and I accidentally signed up for the international so I paid $11 more or whatever for what I would have gotten for 25 if I had noticed the mistake I made at the moment I signed up. Then the t-shirt that was sent to me look like a girl shirt to me all it had on it was a picture of a cowboy boot and it was a v-neck which I do not wear I wanted a shirt that had Waylon's name or picture on it not one of a cowboy boot that you can't tell has nothing to even do with Waylon Jennings so I gave the shirt to my little sister because it looks like a girl shirt so I was not happy with my first t-shirt and also I asked for a refund on the difference did I paid for the international subscription versus the normal subscription and I didn't get that refund of the difference so I paid $11 or whatever more for a shirt that I hated
I'm in Canada and let me tell you that it's totally worth the added cost of our crappy exchange rate to subscribe to the Waylon Tee Shirt Club! I've been doing it for a year now and I LOVE IT!!! I will be a lifetime subscriber!
I live in Canada and just want to say that it is totally worth paying the exchange rate for the monthly tee subscription! I know it costs us Canadians more money but it is SO worth it!! I've been doing it for almost a year now and love getting surprised every month with a new style tee! Try it out, you can cancel at anytime if you don't like it, but I'll betcha will!
