Returns & Exchanges

Please note the following exceptions to our return & exchange policy:

  • Returns and exchanges may be made within 14 days from the time your package is delivered.
  • Discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Returned items must be in original condition (unworn and unwashed).
  • Returned items must have no visible or odorous signs of wear or use.

To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:

  1. Login to our online return portal https://waylonjenningsmerch.returnscenter.com/ using your email address and order ID.
  2. Choose the products you wish to return or exchange from your order.
  3. Print the prepaid shipping label that you will receive by email.
  4. Send all items back to us using the label provided.

Additional Returns Details:

  • A $5.95 processing charge will be deducted from your refund for return shipping.
  • Returns or exchanges will be processed within 7-10 business days after receiving your returned items. It may take up to 10 business days to post the refund. You will receive a confirmation email once your return or exchange is processed by our warehouse.
  • Original Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
  • International customers are responsible for all shipping costs to return.
  • If an item is damaged, please contact customer service at info@shopmidnightrider.com.
  • If an item seems lost in the mail, please contact customer service at info@shopmidnightrider.com or Route if you opted into shipping insurance.

Additional Exchange Details:

  • Exchanges are free.
  • International customers are responsible for all shipping costs.
  • Merchandise can only be exchanged by mail once.
  • Address changes cannot be made on exchange orders.
  • Exchanges must be started within 14 days of receipt of package.
  • Exchange items are not eligible for additional price adjustments or promotions. Sale items cannot be exchanged.
  • New items cannot be added to exchange orders.
  • In the event that the item you are exchanging for is out of stock, we will issue a store credit code to you via email that can then be used at any time to pick out a new item of equivalent value.
  • Please note that exchange will be processed within 7 to 10 business days after receiving your exchange package to our warehouse. We will email you with confirmation once your exchange has been processed.
