What shipping options do I have?

Domestic shipping options include our "Standard Shipping" as well as a variety of UPS options. Standard Shipping means your package will ship from our warehouse via UPS Mail Innovations or USPS depending on which is deemed more efficient by our warehouse staff. Standard Shipping generally provides for delivery within 3 to 7 days after your order ships. If you need your order expedited, please make sure to select the appropriate UPS delivery option for your needs. 

International shipping options include our "Standard Shipping" and "USPS Priority International Shipping." Standard Shipping means your order will ship via UPS Mail Innovations, which has an average delivery timeframe of 2 to 4 weeks. It is a more affordable option that includes general tracking information, but does not include detailed daily tracking or insurance. Please note that Waylon Shop staff does not have any greater access to international tracking information beyond what UPS publishes on their site. We do not have a way to investigate packages that are shipped with Standard Shipping. If you would like detailed tracking on your international package, please make sure to select USPS Priority International Shipping. This method also has expedited delivery timeframes of 1 to 2 weeks. 

 

Can I insure my package against loss, theft, or damage?

Yes! We now offer Route+ insurance as an option for all orders. You will have the choice of adding this to your order at checkout. It is highly recommended, especially for international orders. The cost of insuring your package is as low as $0.98, or 1% of your order value. In our opinion, it is well worth it, as it covers the full amount of any lost, stolen, or damaged items.

 

Once I place my order, how long does it take to ship?

Typical store orders generally ship within 24 hours of purchase, though during peak times of the year, it can take up to 3 business days. Please note that items such as our custom bronze and silver rings can take about 4 weeks to ship, and our Stetson hats can take 12 weeks to ship. Fan Club shipments also ship on a monthly basis, typically towards the end of each month.

 

How do I return or exchange an item?

Please contact us via email at help@waylonshop.com for return or exchange instructions within 10 day of receipt of your order. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, and please make sure to keep your tracking on your return package if you'd like to monitor its status. Exchanges do not have any additional charge. Returns will result in full credit of the price of the item being returned, provided that it has not been worn or washed. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
